The Life sciences ZABAM (IDRFU) is pleased to announce the opening of the new

Genomics Research Unit

Supported by The Alfredo Federico Strauss Center for Computational Neuro-imaging

The unit provides TAU researchers with all the facilities to design and execute their Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) projects. 

Here you will have access to state-of-the-art genomic technologies, such as the Illumina's NextSeq 500 and MiSeq Systems. 

We provide end-to-end assistance: from experiment design to practice, followed by Bioinformatics analysis at the TAU Bioinformatics Unit. We offer guidelines and training for non-experienced users and enable independent work for trained users. 

We further provide practical training workshops for standard RNA-Seq and amplicon based protocols.
