Description:

This year the course will introduce you to the concepts, programs, and policies on Food Security.

 

During the course, you will have a chance to get familiar with topics such as modern approaches to crop Improvement, effects of global change on natural and agricultural ecosystems, food and economics, food insecurity in a high-income country, coping with food Insecurity towards sustainable food systems, global food crisis as well as food waste, and food loss.

 

Moreover, you will be inquinated with up-to-date strategies for meeting the urging need of water supply, as well as technologies and water decontamination technologies and processes for treating wastewater. You will have the opportunity to learn how these practices are related to the environment and health.
