Announcing Prof. Nir Ohad as the Program’s New Head

The Manna Center Program congratulates Prof. Danny Chamovitz, Director of the Manna Center for Plant Biosciences and Program in Food Safety & Security, on his new position as Dean of the George S. Wise Faculty of Life Sciences! During his time as Dean, Prof. Chamovitz will hold his role Director of the Manna Center for Plant Biosciences.

The Program welcomes Prof. Nir Ohad as the incoming Head of the Manna Center Program in Food Safety & Security. Prof. Ohad joins us from the Department of Molecular Biology and Ecology in Plants. He has been a member of the Department for eighteen years and his research focuses on epigenetic regulation of plant development.
